There are so many amazingly talented sewers in the blogging world that have been wonderful sources of inspiration and information while I work on this project. Trousers have that reputation for being troublesome to make, mostly due to how hard they can be to get the initial fit right. Compared to most other garments, they can be remarkably hard to figure out when it comes to solving fit issues, but the wealth of knowledge around the web simplifies things so much!
Casey has made several pairs of beautiful trousers in different styles. These 1930s slacks are a lovely idea for a cool and flattering summer outfit, made of a linen/rayon blend.

Of course, there is also the pair that started this whole thing off, from Handmade Jane.
Ooh just found your blog and seen my trousers featured - I'm so thrilled! Best of luck with yours. Jane x
